Retail and Hospitality
In Hospitality and Retail this year the Year 11's have been participating in role-play to practise their customer service skills. We also looked at emotions and how facial expressions and body language can provide you with a lot of information even before a person speaks. The groups had the opportunity to use the schools new Trestle Masks, which they really enjoyed using. The masks lent themselves well to this activity and got them thinking about how a facial expression can mean different things, so it is important to look at the other clues an individual gives you to enable you to give the best customer service.
