Water Challenge

18th June 2015

Today 3 pupils took part in the CIWEM Water Challenge at the Severn Trent Water Education Centre in Derby. We had been short listed and were in the last 8 of all schools across the UK. David, Daniel and Alex had to explain the project to the panel of 8 judges, explain its significance in a global context and also say how the project could have commercial implications. They were absolutely fantastic and they deserve massive praise. They were a credit to the school and although we did not win the competition they were highly commended by the judges. The winner from the competition will go on to represent the UK in the European finals in Stockholm in the autumn.
